The BrightStar team was amazing, the nurses on staff (Netti, Kim and Shamila) were very caring for my father, making sure he was as healthy and comfortable as possible. The caregivers (Sarah, Zach and Jen) made sure the house was in order and that my father had everything he needed when he was out and about. Everyone on the team was respectful and responsive and when anything else was needed the manager, Dakota, made sure it was taken care of no matter the hour of the day, or day of the week. It was a great experience and I felt my father was in good hands the whole time.

We have been so happy with the care providers BrightStar has sent to work with my step mom, who is non-ambulatory with alzheimers. Mel goes above and beyond engaging her in activities, music, singing, getting outside in the sun, and being part of the medical needs she has. Living so far away from my parents is hard. It helps to know there is good managed in home care to rely on.

We are very happy with Bright Star Care . My parents are very happy with the caregiver Shanon she's very friendly and professional and helpful. I Would highly recommend her. I am so happy that we found someone that we can trust with our elderly parents. As time went on we really needed 24-hour care for our parents and Bright Star really did help us out a lot they were there when we were in time of need. One of the caregivers that really stand out to me is Mel she was awesome My parents also really liked her from the staff in the office from all the caregivers that filled in and helped us I couldn't remember all their names but they really helped us get through a tough time I really appreciate all of them!!!

I am pleased with BrightStar Home Care. My caregiver Margret is a gem. She works over and above my expectations. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this company and particularly Margret for a caregiver. I guarantee you will enjoy her care and cooking skills. 😊

During the time Bright Star provided care for my husband it made such a huge difference knowing that he was not only well cared for but, the personality of his caregiver, Esther, was a perfect match for both myself and myself! Even at times when things would be rearranged due to appointments, or familial obligations, Cory and the office staff were always warm, and professional, during our many interactions.
