I can’t believe what an incredible and compassionate team everyone who I have come across as I manage my mom’s post stroke care. Lilly is exceptional with monitoring and supporting my mom’s progress. Brooke is also amazing. Both care providers treat my mom’s progress with dignity, they encourage her independence and are incredibly attentive and patient with her. I feel so fortunate to have found Brightstar.

BrightStar Elder Care has been a truly positive experience. Barbara, who coordinates care, is an incredible matchmaker—she takes the time to really listen and understand your needs. She’s very accommodating and dedicated to finding the right fit for each situation.
Every caregiver she has matched us with—Brooke, Merika, Zarahi, and Yanely—has been caring, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. My mom has received wonderful care, and it has made all the difference to have a team that not only does their jobs well, but does so with kindness.
I’m not usually a fan of agencies, but Barbara and her team at BrightStar have completely changed my perspective. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely continue working with them in the future.

I have worked with brightstar care for almost one year now and have only fabulous things to share about the company. The office staff focuses on matching field staff with the right client so the best compassionate care is given along with meeting the clients specific needs. The field staff is always able to share Ideas and is recognized daily for work well done and for participating in office news. Ongoing education is also provided. Work hours are flexible, there is always work available for all different shifts. The schedulers are sensitive to personal needs, ie: personal days or time off. Another benefit to the client is that our office staff makes routine home visit to assure client/family & caregivers needs are met. I must give a shout out to Eileen D. who makes these home visits. Having shared this I highly recommend working for and hiring care from bright star care at whatever level of care is needed for a loved one.

Cherrlyn Diego, an employee of BrightStar Care, was a wonderful caregiver for my mother for a period of about 9 months before my mother passed away. She was very dedicated to and loved her job. My mother had a rare brain disorder and was unable to speak and needed assistance with daily routine tasks. Cherrlyn was so patient with her and took the time to meet all her needs. She fed her, made sure she took all of her medications, bathed her, and was constantly by her side. She was always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my Mom got everything she needed. She is also a wonderful cook. In her spare time she was always cleaning something, she kept my Mom’s house immaculate. I don’t think a caregiver could be any more focused or attentive than Cherrlyn. God really blessed my Mom with an amazing caregiver. Cherrlyn was by her side even when my Mom took her last breath. My family and I are at peace knowing that our Mom got the best care she could get the last several months of her life.
