Overnight staff- Barbara, Donna & Paula- have been reliable and give her another level of feeling safe & secure. Thank you to her team for the high level of care that brings me peace of mind as well.

My primary nurse is Caitlin Walsh. Caitlin epitomizes what a nurse should be, she is warm and caring and really concerned about her patient, me
BrightStar did well when they hired her.
On a few occasions, I’ve had other nurses cover for caitlin, and I can say I have not once been disappointed; but Caitlin stands out from all of them.
Should you ever need their service, I highly recommend BrightStar, and I absolutely recommend Caitlin.

Brightstar care took such wonderful care of my mom after her surgery! They were very quick to respond and always there for us when we needed it. Jacqui was my mom’s nurse and they had such a special bond during her time with my mom. Jacqui was always such a ray of sunshine and brightened my mom’s day. They always laughed together and while she was my mom’s nurse she was a true friend too! Highly recommend :)
Maureen Mora is excellent. She is compassionate, understanding, eager to please. She recognizes the different needs for both of us. Not only does she take us to medical apprs she recognizes need to get us out for a different experience and has driven us for outings.

We are very happy with our caregiver, Yanely. She treats us like we are her grandparents, part of her family. She is very kind and helpful. In good weather, she takes Charlie outside to enjoy nature. She encourages him to exercise. Yanely always arrives with a warm, cheerful positive attitude, so she is very pleasant to be with. We are so thankful to have Yanely in our lives.
