My family is very grateful to Bright Star for sending Brandon to help us care for my father. He's exceptionally friendly, attentive and patient. He remembers the details of complicated routines and, when we encounter a problem, he's creative and flexible, trying many different approaches. He's extended himself well beyond our expectations, providing my dad with conversation and even selecting movies for my mother!

Unbelievable and so caring, Jen the Brightstar nurse is like best friend, so hard working, loves her job and does it well. She listens to me and then suggests ideas and then I like that and I write them down because I forget. She doesn’t complain either, not like me lol! She has endless supply of energy. Very courteous! VA sends me my meds and Jen sets them up for me and that helps. Would recommend Brightstar to anyone. If Jen can’t be with me then she finds another nurse to come help me.

My 96 year old mother needs assistance with her shower to make sure she is safe. Lena comes in weekly to provide that service. She is wonderful and just the right person for her. Very helpful and professional and accommodates our schedule.

Thanks for all you and your staff did for our son while we were gone. Will, Leslie and Dawn really went above and beyond with our son when he got an infection in his foot. Leslie stayed late and went to several pharmacies to get the antibiotic that he needed and Will picked the med up later and came in early for his shift so that he would get the medication in a timely manor so the infection wouldn't spread. Dawn kept us in the communication loop daily with pictures, texts and calls so we would know what was happening as we travelled. We so appreciate the care our BrightStar nurses have for our son.

My family is incredibly grateful to BrightStar of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country. My parents caretaker, Elicia has become a very special friend to my parents. Her personality, patience and caring have earned her the sincere appreciation of our entire family. As my mother says, "we couldn't do this without her"!

My husband suffered a stroke in August. We needed help taking care of him while I was at work. Stephen was assigned to assist my husband with daily care and exercises. He was very nice, kind, and patient. He had years of experience in the field and knew this was a trying time for our family. Stephen coached my husband with his exercises, and my husband made a great recovery. Stephen was also very generous with his time and accommodated changes in our schedule. BrightStar did amazing things for our family, and we are so grateful for their work and Stephen's dedication to my husband's recovery.

I am a quadriplegic and have two BrightStar employees that help me with my morning routine. Both are intensely concerned about being excellent caregivers. Both of them are punctual and upbeat. Jenny T. is so friendly, sweet and gentle. She is willing to help in any way she can. Christina R. is very thoughtful, proactive and professional. She is energetic and always going above and beyond. I am very happy to have both of them helping me.
