She was extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly, caring and kind. She put me at ease about the process and she made me very comfortable. She was thorough and her level of professionalism was second to none! She even exceeded my expectation by following up and checking on me after her visit. I would highly recommend Nurse Washington to anyone needing a nurse to administer medical treatment. I hope I can claim her as 'my nurse' for years to come! Nurse Washington is the best!

BrightStar nurse Shannon was excellent! She was very thorough with my in-home care after having major surgery. She was very friendly and I was very comfortable with her.

BrightStar Care of Howard County was excellent from start to finish. I needed an escort for a colonoscopy. I called with only a week's notice, but their warm, helpful coordinator, Karen, got me right in. She gave me a reasonable flat rate with no surprises. They assigned me Tiffany, a lovely, bright credentialed nurses aide with 6 years of experience. She's also one semester away from becoming a nurse! She was a delight to talk with! I am an older woman with all her faculties and I appreciate that they didn't treat me like a child. They let me take the lead interacting with the surgical suite but were there when I needed them. I can't speak highly enough about this team.

Nurse Shannon was great on my Friday’s visit Today’s visit by Nurse Washington was even better. Both were good but I really had more questions I believe the home care nurse is vital to the patient because we are moved out so quickly after surgery questions come up that you didn’t think to ask about.

Bryan is amazing and the company he works for is great. These people are always on time, answer all of my questions and are very friendly. They are very patient with insurance issues and know how to make the process move faster. I highly recommend them!

Hi I'm Leah Comer (I am using a friends Gmail to write this review). My Dad, now 80-years-old, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer July 2019. Shannon Romero has been our nurse from the start of this journey. Due to changes to home care infusion, we can no longer have Shannon as part of our care team due to insurance/politics. As a client our choice was taken away. Shannon and Brightstar did everything they could to remain. This review is to let everyone and anyone who will listen know that Shannon is the nurse to request!! Three years into this horrible disease, Dad's emotional state is most important. Loosing Shannon has crushed him. He trusted her with his most private and embarrassing information and tells me "I miss my friend". Shannon started out as a care giver, became a friend and then a part of our family!! We miss her terribly!
