I don't even know where to start and there's not enough space or words that could express how amazing of a job Tammy does. Above and beyond. She takes in home care to another level. Ever since my loved one had a stroke, things haven't been the same for him. He's been through a lot. This whole experience with his assistant housing situation has been pretty inhumane in ways considering he's a really good man and Tammy just comes in like wonder woman and goes beyond doing the most to make sure he feels as normal as he used to. She goes beyond simple conversation to the point it doesn't even feel like she's a nurse stopping in on a shift and more like a friend coming to say hello. When she stops in, she does more than just his normal routine. She's organizing things she doesn't have to, cleaning things that weren't asked of her, getting groceries before or after her shift or even on days she doesnt even have him because she wants to make sure he has everything he needs. She communicates with him via phone like she's talking to a brother instead of a client. She really truly cares and it shows. She knows how to crack a joke and lighten the mood when things feel down. Words can not express how thankful I am for the type of person she is. Finding someone like her is like trying to find a needle in a haystack and we got extremely lucky and blessed to have her. Things might not have worked out with the Havenwood staff, however; things happen for a reason and I'm really glad Tammy is in my loved ones life. He was really going through it before Brightstar staff got invloved and Tammy is a rare gem. I wish people in the same career as hers shine as bright as her. She really does set a great example and knows how to set the bar for a higher standard of living. My loved one is really thriving because of Brightstar and if it werent for Tammy, im not sure where he would be mentally. She really makes a huge difference. She always asks how he's doing or how his company is doing; making sure that everyone around him including him has everything they need. If he needs something from the store, she's the type to ask if I need anything as well. Tammy is always thinking of herself last and really prioritizes him and his loved ones as though they're her own. She really has a lot of love to give; not because she has to but because that's just who she is. Words can not express how much I appreciate her and I hope Brightstar does too cause I really don't want her to go anywhere. People like her are really hard to find and I'm glad God brought her here cause Havenwood has really let me down but I'm glad everything happened the way it did regardless. 🙏 She's a blessing in disguise and I wish her a really long successful career cause she deserves that. Thank you again! I'm really happy over what this company has done for him!

Haven came to my home to help me with work that I am currently unable to do physically. She was extremely helpful, did everything I asked very well and quickly. She was also quick to note things that might be helpful and suggest them as well, as well as being a very pleasant young woman. I couldn't have been more pleased. I hope she is assigned to help me again.

Sierra H. has a great personality and really brightens up the day. She does a great job on the chores and is an amazing caregiver!

When my Father in law , a 94 year old Navy Veteran ,needed more assistance with his daily tasks we called Brightstar. Alice T. has become his regular caregiver and he's been very satisfied with her care. Alice has been a tremendous help to him. She's energetic and thorough while remaining pleasant and joyful. She never seems burdened by the "extras" that have popped up during her visits and she's gone above and beyond when it was necessary. We are grateful for the many contributions Alice makes to improve his quality of life.
