We are new to the home care environment for my husband and have been (successfully) under BrightStar Care for over 7 months. We've had the same caregiver, Courtney Rogers. She has been very patient with us and a huge help from the beginning and now with his care. It's important that he has confidence and trust and he does in her. She knows what she's doing, has a wonderful sense of humor and takes excellent care of him. Not only does this bless him, it gives me necessary respite. We are grateful for her.

Three weeks ago I had knee replacement surgery and bright star provided me an in-home nurse, as well as an in-home physical therapist. Both these women were wonderful!(see my previous review for Megan, who was my physical therapist) Today I had my last visit with my nurse, Simone Julian. Simone is very caring, professional, and Knowledgeable. She also brings with her such a positive vibe; she is encouraging and kind. She came to see me the day after I came home and I was so worried, and she really put me at ease right away. A very good start to my long recovery!

Kristina- Community Liaison from BrightStarCare worked so well with us in getting help for our mom. She’s a wealth of information that was so helpful. We had nowhere to turn and were frustrated with the senior health care system. If you need help in securing information in terms of care for the elderly, call Kristina. She will steer you in the right direction.

Ignacio and his team are outstanding!! The professionalism is unmatched and they attend to every detail. Definitely will continue to refer clients and families here knowing they will receive 5 star treatment!!

I just want to share to let everybody know what an amazing team I have for recovery of my total knee replacement workers compensation. I got out of the hospital after two weeks without physical therapy or any kind of home helped. At the one call of my doctor The very next day I have Megan, physical therapist and Jackie, home health nurse call and set up appointment for me to help me recover. Knowing I have no help at home living An upstairs apartment I was so delighted to know and to receive such a good care from those two wonderful professional women. And when I’m saying they are the best I’m telling you from my experience. Last year in 2024 I had a total hip replacement and the service I receive at that time I can’t even compare. Megan as a physical therapist she did everything the best what she could to help me to recover with exercise working with me one and one she took her time to show me to listen to me . Absolutely the best on her job not talk about Jackie the Home health nurse, another amazing women professional, taking her time To provide the best care for me. Absolutely professional very detailed In everything she could to provide me the best care. I have nothing but good words and I wanna thank them for giving me the care I need at the time they were assigned to me. I recommend them both to anybody who has surgery recovery. Me as a worker in Healthcare I can tell you that much they put more than 100% into their job. Thank you, Megan and Jackie, thank you for everything you guys did for me at my most needed time. I have been a patient with Bright Star for 3 years and have always received excellent service. My current nurse, Lori, is wonderful. She is professional, kind and thorough. I especially appreciate her efforts above and beyond to work through challenges with my pharmacy!

Great company

Following an unfortunate accident, I was in need of physical therapy. However, in a lucky turn of events, BrightStar was an approved option for my care. From the beginning, communication from the staff was clear and current. The Physical Therapist I was so fortunate to work with, Megan B., was amazing: knowledgeable, caring, punctual, patient, personable and professional. I highly recommend BrightStar and their team, particularly Megan.

My in home physical therapist (Megan Bentley) was amazing in every way! From the first appointment to the last. She was professional, courteous, encouraging and positive throughout our sessions. I don’t ever want to have my knee replaced again… but if I do, Megan will be my first call for rehab and guidance.

Simone was my home nurse for a week and she was a delight. Prompt, communicative, and kind throughout the whole process. I would use her services again in the future.
