My grandfather inspired me to open a BrightStar Care franchise. He survived for 45 years after a stroke that left him paralyzed on his entire left side. He not only survived but thrived with help from family and caregivers that were brought in from time to time to cook meals, bathe him and be there when he needed someone. I was always amazed at how positive, quick witted and happy he was even though he was confined to a chair all day and needed daily assistance to live his life. I didn’t realize until years later that being at home with family is what kept him strong and full of life. He lived with my family for a period of time and I am grateful that I had a chance to be with him, learn from him and care for him.

My goal for BrightStar Care is to help you care for your parent, spouse, sibling or child so they can be at home near family and friends in familiar surroundings while they live out the rest of their life or recover from an illness or injury. We strive to provide the best medical and non-medical in home care in the county. I believe that starts with careful screening of staff and only hiring those that meet the benchmark of “would I let them come into my home and care for my loved one”. We measure success when you have Peace of Mind and feel confident that while you are at work or out of town your loved one is in good hands.
