I have worked for BrightStar for 6 years. I’ve got nothing but positive feedback to share. If you or a family member are thinking about in-home care I would definitely recommend BrightStar. They are quick to respond with questions, have wonderful caregivers and are compassionate about what they do. Everyone in the office is very prompt and will go above and beyond for the client. Whether it’s just hygiene care you’re needing help with or round the clock care, BrightStar has you covered. Scott, I wanted to quickly let you know how AMAZING Nicole is...simply an angel. She called to update me on my mom after her epidural injection today and I could have talked to her for hours. She is warm, funny and simply a joy. My mom is a handful and to have a caregiver who is tireless and understanding is beyond what I can put into words. My family is so very thankful for Nicole and her being part of your team.

Brightstar provided can excellent person, Cynthia, to take care of my mom. Cynthia was professional, caring, and responsive to my mom's needs. I would highly recommend her.
