Local BrightStar owners, Susan Rather and Jeff Tews, have an innate desire to help others. As fate would have it, their caring nature is what brought them together:  they met while participating in a bike ride to support Multiple Sclerosis.  A few years later, they married and teamed up to not only be biking companions, but also business owners.  When they heard about BrightStar they decided it was the perfect opportunity to help families and create jobs in their community.

 

Susan, Jeff and their staff are committed to compassionate care and exceptional service.  Their core values are rooted in the firsthand knowledge of how difficult it is to find quality professionals to help seniors remain independent in their homes, and how tough it is to manage care when families are busy or geographically removed.  They opened their Madison office in December 2006, a satellite office in Janesville in July 2007, and an additional Baraboo satellite office in September 2009.  With a current staff of over 300, they have served over 1000 families, and have provided temporary medical staff for dozens of facilities.

 

From childcare to eldercare, the BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our RN Case Managers will ensure you and your family receive the highest level of care and service.
