Our People

Our people are our greatest asset. From the full spectrum of adult homecare and elder care to childcare and more, the quality services we provide day in and day out would not be possible without the hard work and passion of our dedicated staff. Each member of our team embodies the core values of our business – compassion, integrity, family, excellence, trustworthiness, accountability, and diversity – and strives to make more possible for those in our care.

Working for BrightStar has been a wonderful experience. I have really enjoyed every aspect of the job. The clients that I have worked with have all been one of a kind. I take it as a personal challenge to meet the needs of each and every one of them, no matter how odd it may be. After all, the concept is to take care of them and keep things as constant and comfortable as possible for the client. I started working for BrightStar as a weekend job to supplement a full-time job that I had as a caregiver with a different company. Within a matter of months, I realized that BrightStar is where I truly fit it. The owners Sean and Renita have quickly become like a second family to me. The director of nursing, Jennifer, has been just as warm and I love how thorough she is at her job. She works directly with the CNAs to make sure we know our duties and that we do them correctly. She is also available if we ever have any questions. I currently am working in the office doing scheduling and staying in touch with all our clients and caregivers to help keep everything running smoothly. I love the opportunity BrightStar has given me, and I can’t see myself working anywhere else.

I started for working for Brightstar because I saw it as an opportunity to help others. Both of my grandparents passed away, and prior to that they had home health services provided to them. I know how much the aides meant to my family and how much they contributed to my grandparents having their needs met. My mother had worked years at a nursing facility, and I was in and out of it growing up. It was something that I was familiar with. I enjoy working with all sorts of people day to day. Helping the clients is one of the most enjoyable parts of my life. I love being a C.N.A. and I can’t imagine doing it anywhere else but BrightStar. BrightStar has been the best place to work. They are the most caring and compassionate Home Health business in Northwest Arkansas. It has been a great experience for me. I truly love and enjoy all of the clients and co-workers that I have been with. Everyone is the best at what they do. Thank you BrightStar for giving me the opportunity.

I have worked for Bright Star sense the beginning of last November and I do have to say I love it! I have been a CNA for a little over a year now and I’ve loved every minute of it! I once worked with a client for 52 hours a week for about 4 or 5 months and yet I still loved it every day. Working for BrightStar is so fun and better than any of my past work places; they welcomed me with open arms. BrightStar is also a very clean and professional work environment.
