I sincerely appreciate Brightstar being the kind of caregiving agency that allows you to choose what you want as far as which caregiver works best in our home. Brightstar also worked very well with us as far as an appropriate scheduling that works best for our life. They carry great communication skills as well as any problem solving. My husband and I are very pleased with Brooklyn Foster as our caregiver going on one year and three months. She always shows up with a cheerful smile ready to help with any tasks needed or required of her. Having Brooklyn Foster in our lives has made an amazing difference and life less challenging. Thank you Brightstar for all you have done for us as well as sending us the perfect match for a caregiver.

I am very grateful that I have my ladies from Bright Star coming into my home to help me navigate living alone at 89. The young women they have sent me are wonderful because they have the desire to be of service and comfort to their clients. One is studying Public Health and on the way to Nursing school. One is in Nursing School now. One is a natural caregiver and has two young daughters and a helping husband. My ladies have learned their way around my kitchen and are very helpful preparing meals especially easy to serve when I am here alone. I am a fall risk so showering and dressing are very important and necessary for health and well being. Also, having someone to drive me to the doctor's visits and go into the examining room to meet with my doctor is very important to me.This company has been consistent in helping meet my specific needs. You cannot do better.

Far too many years, my wife's illness made it necessary to have assistance with necessary activities throughout each day. I felt my wife had earned the best available care and throughout those long years, I believe Brightstar provided that level of care. Was Brightstar perfect? No, but when a problem of any type developed, they quickly as possible, erased that problem. Over the time my wife was cared for by Brightstar personnel, there were many talented caregivers, and there were a few that were exceptionally good. All aspects of the job considered, foremost among that number is Lesley Askins. Right behind her is Alicia Salinas.

I had an eye surgery scheduled, and then my wife had to be out of town. When I learned about Brightstar, I anticipated a bill of around $500. I thought I would have to reschedule my surgery, but when I found out I would only be paying $150, I was shocked. My CNA showed up 5 minutes early and then drove my truck to McDonald's Eye for the surgery. Then she waited in the waiting area for approx 2 hours. Then she drove me to get some food and on to my house at Fayetteville Country Club. I would have rated them with six stars, if possible. Use them, and then you can thank me. We have been with brightstar over a year and their team is great. Autumn D. is one of our newest CNAs sent by them. Autumn's professionalism, positivity and personality make my mom feel at easy. Autumn remembers the little things, like that mom doesn't like ice in her drinks and prefers the small fork instead of the big ones. She remembers our trash goes out on Thursday and after greeting us, immediately started a wash and running the space heater to get the bathroom warmer for Mom's shower time. These seem like a small things but they make mom feel paid attention to and more comfortable and Lord knows we all have too much laundry! Autumn also has mom sign her out of her shift which gives mom agency. It is small things like this that make me appreciate Brightstar.
