It seems like we have a new buzz word in our vocabulary these days…..Insulin! It seems to be popping up as the reason or the cure or the effect of everything.
Too much or too little seems to have some type of effect on vision or weight management or memory or muscle mass or sleep quality or something. Then there’s Insulin Resistance, which is the new catch phrase for even more issues….most that seem like lifestyle choices more than anything but many that do seem to have some genetic, metabolic origin.
