Concierge Program
Did you know that when a Medicare/Hospice agency provides home care that it is part time or “intermittent”
care? This means based on the “Plan of Care” established by the home health agency assessment, the agency will see you 3-4 times a week at most. These “visits” are about one-hour.
We understand your needs and concerns. Who will take care of us outside of those intermittent visits? Our Concierge Program is a tailored program for you! It can range from transportation, prescription pick-up, linens changed, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, dressing and so much more!
We hear from many families that Medicare & Hospice providers do not provide enough services. Patients have numerous challenges 24/7, how can 3-4 hours a week even come close to provide quality care?
Our caregivers provide so much more than a “companion”. They are friends to our patients, they listen, they act, they provide peace of mind that you did make the right choice.
What a Hospice and a Medicare agency will not provide:
- Daily visits from licensed professionals
- Medication pickup
- Hourly care (except end-of-life)
- Transportation - Your car or caregivers car
- Bath visits at your direction
- Laundry
- Ongoing emotional support
