Have a grandmother who may be relocated to Charlotte and was put in touch with Jamie. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what our options may be, the care she may require, should she remain in the home, and about ‘communities’ around town. He was very reassuring & comforting during a stressful and confusing time, and much needed resource! Should we decide as a family this is the best route, we will definitely be contacting Jamie to proceed with Brightstar! Hope everyone in the organization is as warm, kind and knowledgeable as he is!
