ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops Marketing Plan and Budget (presented to manager for approval)
- Join and attend area networking and chamber groups
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
- Seek and develop marketing opportunities in the community
- Establish working rapport with health care managers from the entire area
- Presents well to clients and peers
- Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
- Requires outstanding organizational skills, and a service attitude towards the community
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement
- Requires valid driver's license, dependable transportation and insurance
- Business development minimum goals must be achieved. Minimum goals include new sales growth of $800,000 year 1, $1.6 million year 2 and 30% growth for each subsequent year

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years Home Care Sales & Marketing
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical/medical history
- Required to submit to annual TB and Rubella screen
- Must provide record of Hepatitis vaccination or declination
- Willingness to comply by participation in any training BrightStar provides as required by OSHA to ensure employee safety
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must have the ability to write routine reports and required correspondence as required by BrightStar. Have the ability to respond professionally on behalf of BrightStar. Must be able to appropriately respond to and maintain confidential information at all times.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Must have the ability to use a computer to input sales activity on a frequent basis and to that end must be willing and able to utilize our online sales planner.
Physical Demands

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/home environment
- Moderate physical activity, occasional lifting up to 25lbs, standing or walking for more than 4 hours per day.
- Home environment involves possible exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following safety precautions and may include use of protective equipment.
- Ability to travel on a daily basis through the entire service area if needed, to keep in touch with referral sources and new clients.
