I like working for the company. I'm a home health aide and they understand my need for a set schedule and part time due to health issues. They help keep me updated on a lot of different areas medically like dementia and helping bed bound clients. I love being able to help our clients and making someone's day a little brighter.

I’ve been with the company for over a year now and I love it! They definitely help us feel appreciated and are always available if we need something! They truly want the best for our clients and are always looking for ways to continue to improve the company! I’m very grateful to be a part of this team here!!

Thank you Brightstar Senior Living of Mason for holding the space for my mom to live out her final years where I can be with her and feel at home, knowing she is loved and cared for. It means the world to me!

Working at this assisted living facility has been an incredible experience. The management team is so supportive and truly cares about the residents' and staffs well-being. The facility is always well kept creating a comfortable and inviting environment to all the residents and guest that come into the facility. The caregivers and nurses are truly angels, providing exceptional care and going above and beyond to ensure the residents' happiness. The activity team keeps the residents entertained and ensures their physical and mental health is exercised everyday. I feel privileged to be a part of such a wonderful place that prioritizes the residents' needs and fosters a warm and loving atmosphere. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional care for their loved ones or a wonderful place to work.

I have worked in Long Term Care for 10+ years and I cannot say enough good things about BrightStar Senior Living of Mason. The staff is trained to meet people where they are at and anyone that has worked with Dementia residents knows the importance of that concept. I could not be happier to be part of a team that enhances the lives of those living with dementia.

Was blown away first time I entered the facility. The staff truly have a passion for the aged and memory care residents. Really felt like a home instead of just a facility for people to be put when they can't take care of themselves anymore.
