BrightStar Care of Central DuPage has really come the rescue, when I am not able to accompany my mom to a doctor appt, as I have my own busy family and live far away. Leigha G. accompanied my mom to a doctor appt end of November. My mom told me she was happy to have met her, as she was so caring and respectful. She felt she really connected with her, even though it was a short time. Thank you to Leigha G. and BrightStar for offering great care when a family member is not able to be there in person.

BrightStar Care of Central DuPage came to us on a recommendation for in home health care for a family member on Hospice. We did not know what to do, what to expect or how to go through the Hospice/home health care process. Diane and her staff were amazing from the start with detailed explanations to all our questions, including helping us understand the various options for home healthcare, and the financial impact associated with each option. Our needs were ever changing and BrightStar accommodated our EVERY request with quick responses and high professionalism. Diane and her staff made our family feel like a priority with every request. When our need required a 24/7 live-in caregiver, they provided us with the most compassionate, loving, gentleman we could have hoped for. BrightStar is amazing. We have used them after surgeries for care and also on weekends. My 94 yr old mother needed someone to help on a short term basis. Brightstar staff was so independent, thoughtful and helpful to her. They made sure she stayed social, went outside, downtown to shop, and did her exercises. They even hooked up my laptop so she could watch her great granddaughter graduate. Above and beyond. We only had one person we were concerned about and when we expressed our concern, BrightStar had a new caretaker come immediately, no hassle at all. Everyone we met cares, is highly qualified / certified and works with the family. We will definitely use them again as my mom needs them.
