Local owners Charlie and Lori Scarlett each have over twenty years’ experience in service businesses, not-for-profit organizations and education. Both Charlie and Lori are passionate about getting involved and helping people. When we learned about BrightStar we found it was the perfect opportunity to help families and create jobs in the St. Louis community.

We understand first-hand how difficult it can be when families are in crisis or geographically separated from loved ones who need care. Bringing a caregiver into one’s home can be a very personal and emotional time. Our goal is to help families make that transition and give them full peace of mind in the process. We know that quality matters – always. We provide that care with a full range of high quality medical and non-medical services delivered by compassionate, dependable and experienced professionals throughout St. Louis and Jefferson counties.

Our St. Louis BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We serve clients of all ages, from newborn through end of life, whether it’s at home, in any place of residence or in any facility. We will do everything possible to help our clients maintain their dignity, lifestyle and independence. Our supervising Director of Nursing ensures that each client and family receives an ongoing comprehensive assessment and the highest levels of professionalism, attention and support to optimize the safety and well being of those in our care.
