Fighting Alzheimer’s starts in the kitchen

I’m so glad that I love blackberries!!  This article, from the perspective of an 85 year old physician, shows that we are still a long way from developing a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease, and equally distant from knowing the cause, but there are indications that certain foods seem to diminish the production of plaque deposits in the brain…the same plaque that is seen in the brains of those that suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease during their life.  (more…)
