Lori, just wanted to let you know how much we like having Jennifer A. stay with Mom. She is bright and cheerful and has started setting up a skype connection on her computer so Mom can visit with us every weekend by video. I thought that was particularly innovative and certainly beyond what I expected. Please assign her to Mom whenever she is available.

Johnnie P. has been a caregiver for my mother since Fall 2010. She has always been attentive and caring to my mother. I could count on Johnnie to advocate for my mother’s best interest and safety. I know she would let me know if she thought Mom’s needs were not being met by the facility or other caregivers. Johnnie has always been dependable to her schedule and even offered to fill in at the last minute if needed.
