Local owner Ardy Azhir personally understands the anxiety families feel when a loved one needs care. He was president of operations for a Fortune 100 company when his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Ardy looked for help, but finding qualified, professional caregivers proved to be a monumental challenge. It made him realize the importance of quality care and the critical need for it in his own community.  Before long, Ardy resolved to commit himself to fulfilling this need and established his own business, and Cypress BrightStar was born providing a full continuum of home care, childcare staffing and support services for individuals, families and healthcare facilities.

Each client and family is provided with a dedicated RN Case Manager who monitors, manages and follows all aspects of the client’s care and wellness. Each BrightStar client receives a personal in-depth assessment that takes into account the patient’s condition, personality, environment, and coordinates with any medical professionals when necessary. Then we put that knowledge to use, creating an individualized plan of care meets our clients the unique physical and emotional needs – a plan that strives to not only improve their health, but enhance their quality of life. This process, along with continual oversight by our nursing staff, helps us to ensure the right fit between our clients and their caregivers, and enables us to quickly evolve a client’s plan of care as their needs change.

BrightStar offers a 100% compatibility guarantee and will replace a Care Giver at any time upon the client’s request. One of our BrightStar Team Members is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week to resolve any problem that may arise. Each BrightStar Team Member signs a confidentiality agreement securing the confidence and privacy of each client.  Additionally, our level of care is monitored through an independent survey company, so we can always receive quality feedback from our customers regarding satisfaction of our services.
