When the opportunity to become part of the BrightStar family presented itself, we were intrigued and excited. Now, more than ever before, we see a real need for quality home healthcare. It seems we all know of someone who is experiencing the difficulty of dealing with an aging parent or a sick family member. No one wants to move from his or her home to receive assistance. Studies have shown that when an illness or an accident occurs, people do best when they remain in the comfort of their homes. BrightStar makes staying at home possible. We have personally experienced the heartbreak associated with placing a loved one in a nursing facility. Our goal is to make it possible for you or your loved one to stay at home. Our goal is to provide the care needed at home and peace of mind for the family.

For various reasons, family members may not always be able to provide care for their loved one. That’s where we come into the picture! We know that searching for the right in-home care provider is an extremely emotional process for many families. There are a wide range of considerations including cost, quality of care, insurance benefits, communication, and caregiver compatibility. We offer a full range of medical and non-medical services to our clients. Our services range from basic companionship and assistance with daily activities to hi-tech nursing care, anytime, any place. We conduct extensive background checks and drug screens on all of our caregivers to ensure that they are the type of people we would want caring for our family members. They are all licensed and bonded and have a minimum of one-year experience in the field.

Our BrightStar team is available to support our clients and their needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every call is personally answered by a full-time staff member, whenever the time or whatever the need.
