BrightStar has provided me with excellent care. Mae Walter’s is my caretaker and I am blessed to have her caring for me.

Mae has been an excellent caregiver. She’s kind, attentive and always ready to help. Our family is so happy to have her providing care. I can’t say enough good things about her!

I can't imagine not having "signed on" with Bright Star !! The ladies assisting me in scheduling caregivers for my Mom have been Super! They listen and follow thru. Thank you Melanie and Jamie ❣️ Mom's caregiver, Theresa, has become part of our family!! Theresa always shows up with a smile and a hug for Mom. She sets her own routine, based on Mom's needs . Theresa always spends quality time with my Mom. They may sit outdoors on a pretty day, or huddle up with a snack whole pmaying a game, having a good talk or in front of the tv, on a cool or rainy day. Either way Theresa provides a helping hand and sincere companionship. Thank you Theresa for all you've done and continue to do. Our family is grateful for you ❤️

I have been blown away by the care and service provided by Bright Star today. My wonderful Freda comes to me Monday through Friday taking the bus and walking the last third of a mile to our home. But today there was snow and a bus schedule which could have left her standing for who knows how long. Her boss, the owner of the company, actually picked her up from her home and brought her to mine. I have never seen such loving service and care. Thank you to Freda for being willing to come out in the frigid cold, and thank you to Dennis for a wonderful company. I will recommend you to everyone.

I would recommend this company over and over again. With my mom getting older they put me and my husband at ease knowing she’s in good care. Fertima is so great with her. Making sure all of her needs are met and taking her to appointments when we can’t. Also Andrea I can’t thank you enough for your help making sure everything is in order for her!
