Ajhalynn Macklin was my aide. She was perfect! I told her some things I needed and she did a great job with those. But she didn’t wait for me to tell her. She saw things that needed to be done and quietly took care of them. She was excellent at accompanying me to appointments and running errands as well. Her sunny personality brightened my days. We worked well together, as when we decorated the Christmas tree. I couldn’t give a high enough rating for her.
Brightstar helped with my husband in his last stages of dementia. They were wonderful, especially Cheyenne. She was always so good and helpful with him. She loved him and he loved her as well as the rest of my family.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Following my mother-in-law's outpatient surgery, that evening the entire family was in a helpless panic about how to manage her Bard bag and more. Calling after 8pm- the person answering my desperate call at BrightStar Care was calm, confident, and resassuring- conncecting me with the AMAZING Laurel Gamble, RN, who was so positive, professional, and kind. Laurel dispatched a very clever RN- Kayla, who assessed, addressed, and completely comforted my husband's mother, helped to train my husband's father on care, and was a true BLESSING! After the RN's departure, we gladly received more care for a 12 hour shift, making that first day home from outpatient MUCH more safe and secure for post op care. Thank you, thank you, thank you BRIGHTSTAR CARE! You came highly recommended, and we will book you in advance next time!
