My siblings and I have used Bright Star for several years now to help care for our 93 yr old mother with Alzheimers. We have been very satisfied with their services and cannot say enough for the current aides Judith and Annelly who are genuinely caring and attentive to mom's needs and my family has had the comfort level of knowing they are very reliable. At times when an aide was out sick or on vacation, Bright Star always makes the effort to arrange for alternate aides and is readily in communication with the family to let us know of any scheduling changes. Overall a positive experience.

My family and I used Brightstar Care for 2 1/2 years to care for my dad in his home. My first interaction was with Adriana who took our initial call on a Saturday afternoon and then on Sunday morning when we were urgently looking for immediate assistance due to another fall. She visited the home on Monday and was able to provide us with care within 2 days. She was and has been the most compassionate and caring individual - always there to listen and provide valuable information. She is an amazing person and we cannot say enough about our interactions with her throughout the 2 1/2 years. We had many care givers over the 2 1/2 years. If one was not a good fit, we would request a change. However, most of the care givers throughout the years were absolute angels. They took excellent care of dad like they would their own family member. They always treated my dad and my family with respect. We will be eternally grateful to all the angels at Brightstar Care, but especially Adriana, Clay and Claresa.

Have been using them for months. My aid Ana Branche is great. Never have to tell her what to do. Always on time. Like a daughter. Wish I could adapt her. The company is the best I ever used.

We used BrightStar over the Holidays to help with my mother and they sent Rose, She was great. She was both friendly and personable and she did her job very well. We would use BrightStar and Rose again.

With all the negative publicity Home Health Care companies get I am so pleased to highlight the incredibly service and response time offered by BrightStar Care. Ari, who I believe is the Co. owner, personally handled my request with grace and understanding. Caregiver ( TT) was kind, dedicated, and very personable- overall, an excellent person to assist my mom! Mom loved her! If for any reason, our regular caregiver could not make it on a given day, Bright Star always provided a replacement. We are grateful for the reliable, professional services we received through this agency!
