About Tom and Rhonda Louden

Rhonda and I have each witnessed the years when our parents were not as able to take care of themselves but still wanted to live independently. Finding help for them that we could trust, especially in this area, was difficult.

I have survived three serious injuries in my life, first from Vietnam and then from two separate accidents. I’ve spent months in recuperation requiring a caregiver. I know what it’s like to feel helpless and dependent on someone else, someone you have to trust to assist you with the basics of living.

When we heard about BrightStar, we knew we’d found a business opportunity that matched our core values: We can make a difference in our clients’ lives. With the support and strength of a national company, we offer assistance with local staffers who are properly trained, insured, and have successfully passed a thorough background check.

I have a background and education in information technology and business, with degrees from Riverside Community College and Chapman University; Rhonda’s background is in business administration, with degrees from Riverside Community College (where we met!) and UC Riverside. She also has an MBA from California Baptist University. We are proud to have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Rhonda and I see many familiar faces in this region from our years of square dancing with the Wagon Train Squares Club. We are also members of AARP; last year, we attended the national conference in Boston. We had a lot of fun and met many great people. We plan to attend the event again this year in Washington, D.C. I’vealso recently joined the Hemet/San Jacinto Valley and Menifee Valley Chambers of Commerce.
