About the Owner

With a PhD in electrical engineering, local owner Ignacio Céspedes started out as a biomedical engineer and earned several patents for medical devices. Desiring more direct contact with providers and patients, he earned an MBA and transitioned to marketing and business management, serving as a senior executive at three Sacramento-area medical device companies and consulting for medical technology companies across the US and around the world.

BrightStar gives Ignacio the opportunity to personally and directly focus on patients and providers in our own community. Ignacio is proud to provide responsive round-the-clock service, one client at a time.
