The Director of Nursing initially meets with you to determine the kind of care to be given. The care plan is always focused on how to keep your loved one safe and comfortable at home and to maintain the current lifestyle with as much independence and dignity as possible. Following the comprehensive assessment, your personal custom-tailored service plan is created. The service is then monitored with frequent supervisory visits to insure that every need is being met or exceeded.
