Local owners Bruce and Beth Perrotta struck their first partnership on the dance floor, and it proved to be the start of something special. Now their partnership includes marriage and a business that satisfies their driving need to serve and improve the community.

Bruce was involved in a near-fatal car accident in 2007, requiring a two-month hospitalization and another six months of rehab. The experience was life changing and led to their deep personal appreciation for quality healthcare. For Bruce and Beth, BrightStar is the embodiment of that appreciation, enabling them to give back to other patients and families in need.

The Palm Beach BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Director of Nursing will ensure that each client and family receives the highest level of care and service.

About the Owners

Beth Perrotta holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education and a Master of Education Degree in Mental Retardation. She has taught special needs/medically fragile children for over 24 years, the last 22 right in the local community.

Bruce Perrotta worked in computer network management and played semi-pro football for over 20 years. When the rigors of the game began to take their toll, Bruce found that dancing was much easier on his body, and that the people he lined up with were a lot better looking!

Their shared love of dance led Beth and Bruce to meet at the Goldcoast Ballroom in Coconut Creek in 2002. They soon began competing together around the country in West Coast Swing, and the rest is history. In addition to their BrightStar efforts, they remain active instructors and participants in the dance community throughout south Florida and beyond.
