The inspiration for BrightStar came from our own family experience. When our late Grandma was suffering from cancer, we were surprised by how difficult it was to find quality homecare professionals to help care for her. We made calls, left messages, and did a lot of waiting. It took a long time before we finally found people we could trust. We are forever grateful for the help our caregivers provided during our time of need.

The creation of BrightStar stems from our journey with our Grandma. We made a promise to her that we would create a great company with a great purpose: To provide families and their loved ones with the highest level of accessible homecare, dignity, and personal attention they need and deserve.

From childcare to elder care, the Gurnee BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
