Lynn’s Story

Lynn is passionate about helping people remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Lynn’s grandmother is alive today at 106. She lived in her own home until she was 95. Lynn’s father has Lewy body dementia, but at 89 is still living in his own home. Her youngest brother died in his late 30s, but with the help of Hospice, he died at home surrounded by his wife, his three sons, and family members who loved him.

After a long career as an executive in corporate America, Lynn opened Baltimore BrightStar to make the same kind of meaningful difference in the daily lives of others. She sees BrightStar as a tool to provide more time and more peace of mind for family members; more hope, more joy, more comfort and more quality care for patients; and more success, more quality and more pride in their work for her employees.

Continuing her strong commitment to lifelong learning and education, Lynn is currently completing coursework to become a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
