I have been a Brightstar Care patient for approximately five years. Because of my various and complex illnesses, I have dealt with severe anxiety that at sometimes made my care difficult. My parents, who are my current care givers, were skeptical about having a home care nurse administer my infusions. We experienced some difficulties in the past with this process. We understood that we would need someone who was patient and could understand my physical and emotional challenges. Fortunately, we were introduced to your staff person Holly. Holly has been a saint and has exceeded all our expectations! She took care to adapt to not only my illness and her role in my treatment, but she also demonstrated extreme patience in dealing with my emotional challenges. Holly and I have established a wonderful friendship. I look forward to a continued relationship with Holly and Brightstar Care.

I'm writing this review for Ashley from Bright star. Ashley started assisting me in the spring of 2023 on the weekends and now is with me six mornings a week. One of the first things I noticed about Ashley is that she is so easy and fun to talk to. She's a great listener and even though I have many physical problems she makes me feel like a normal human! She takes great care of all my needs, even some I didn't think of. She's extremely reliable and talented, and I can count on her for anything. I'd highly recommend her and so look forward to seeing her every day. She truly cares about people and goes above and beyond. Another review: A review for Sierra from Bright star. She was my first caregiver and I was a little nervous to have someone but she made me feel comfortable right away! She took great care of me for whatever I needed. I'm a photographer and she even helped me do a little photo shoot. I didn't worry for a second with her around. She was very easy to talk to and we had a such a good time together❤️ I knew she truly cared about my well-being and that is a rare find.

We are very pleased with the assistance received for our aging loved one from Pat and his team. Specifically, our home health aide Ashley has been outstanding, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Our family member, in her care, really adores her and we like her too. We definitely couldn’t do this in our home without Ashley and everyone at Brightstar of Twinsburg. Thanks again Pat for all your support.

I’m so happy to have Elizabeth North as a caregiver. I can trust her with the care of my best friend. She is able to help with many things that I can’t do to because of my health issues.She keeps me up to date on daily activities with my friend, which is much appreciated.
