We needed a caregiver to spend nights with my Dad when he was discharged from the hospital. I called Bright Star around noon and they had someone to his house that night and every night after that while he needed care. The caregivers were very kind and considerate and did a wonderful job. Every time I phoned the office the call was answered immediately (by a person) and my questions were taken care of. BrightStar of Kissimmee was wonderful to work with and helped us out tremendously. We had scheduled care 5 hours per day. When our situation changed drastically and quickly, we needed 24 hour care immediately and Jamie and Katie worked some kind of magic and had 24 hour care arranged for us in less than a day! Without their help, our family member would not have been able to remain at home in his final days.

In January my family was inundated with health issues with my Step-Father, my mother needed 24 hour care through the crisis and ultimately his death at home, the warmth and consideration of Bright Star through this trying time was amazing. Their continued care of my mother through November of this year was wonderful. Being as far away as I was, with the reassurance of their true care and attention Monday through Friday, helped cope with my mothers failing health.
