Brightstar was my first experience with in-home care.  My first goal was to be very clear about what my  needs and goals were, which they understood. I truly believe this organization has an understanding of what you need, but keep a medium of the mind when the contract is signed. Advocating for yourself begins with in initial interview. Mark is one of the owners who went above and beyond. Getting high protein vegan recipes, which was important to me. its also important to state what support you expect. You must voice what you like and do not like, and the characteristics of the caretaker. My experience is that they work very hard to meet their request. The caretakers at night were Karen L, and the daytime caretakers were Kaleb, Savannah, Shelby, and Emily. They were quick and a very good company. I felt safe and secure. I have two dogs , and they were great with my dogs. After two weeks with Brightstar employed, I can say I recommend them to be able to tailor services to your needs. You are paying top dollar for your service; they can deliver.

Emily is my mom's caregiver through Brightstar in Eugene. She is the first caregiver my mom has ever had. Mom was very apprehensive about using a caregiver initially but the process has been good and Emily is a huge part of that. My mom speaks of Emily as a friend and someone she can trust. They seem to have formed a wonderful relationship and mom now looks forward to having her come over. Emily seems to have a great attitude and Is a very caring person, just the kind of person you would hope to find for a caregiver. She helps my mom with anything she needs and even went the extra mile to help out with some tube feeding for mom when she was recovering from oral surgery. We feel very lucky to have found her.

My loved one requires 24x7 care, so I hire Brightstar to provide a caregiver whenever I need to leave the house. Elizabeth has been an absolute godsend for us! She goes above and beyond, every time.

I just had my first caregiver come from Brightstar. Rachel was a fast worker. She was a big help for all my needs.

My review is for my caregiver Breana Harless. She is a super gal she helps me with anything I need from house cleaning to personal care and even lotions my feet. She always arrives on time is always bright and cheery. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody and Brightstar is lucky to have her and so am I.

Diana has provided excellent in home care for us during her visits, reflecting her past experience as well as her positive and empathetic attitude. She has consistently lifted Kathleen’s spirits and successfully encouraged her in activities here in assisted living. She deserves recognition for her capabilities and positive energy. We hope to continue seeing her.

Our care giver Jay has been a God send for may wife Karol she can't say enough for all he does for the both of us.

Thank you to Stacy for helping me out the other day! I was loading groceries into my car when one of the bags ripped open and spilled out in the parking lot. Stacy happened to witness my misfortune and kindly stopped to help me pick everything up. After we laughed it off, she even offered to return the shopping cart for me!
