Mike Scott

Local owner Mike Scott is a native Arkansan who has made it his mission to provide the highest quality of care to families and businesses in the Central Arkansas area. After visiting his great grandmother in a nursing home, Mike learned at an early age that he did not want his grandparents or parents to be in the same position. He made a promise to his mother right then that he would not put her in a facility. As an adult, he has been able to help many families across Arkansas fulfill that same promise. Mike is a Certified Senior Advisor and is proud to be running the premier Home Care and Medical Staffing Agency in Arkansas.

Evelin Hampton Morgan

Evelin (Hampton) Morgan is the Branch Manager of our Hot Springs, Arkansas office. She is a graduate from the University of Arkansas. Evelin brings over 30 years of medical staff supervision and sales and life care experience to Brightstar. It was her own family experience with her Grandmother and Great Aunt that influenced her to get into the health field. She was their primary caregiver and she was surprised by how difficult it was to find quality professionals to assist her with care for them while she worked. Both her grandmother and her aunt had Alzheimer’s and lived in a rural town in northern Arkansas. She was able to keep them in their home for all of their lives with very few resources. Evelin’s goal with all patients and their families is to go above and beyond to make more possible. She strives to give more support, joy, comfort, and peace of mind to those we care for and their families at every stage of life and in every setting.
