We had a wonderful experience with BrightStar Care. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly easy to book with, responsive, and professional. During what was a vulnerable time for our family — coming home from surgery — their support made an enormous difference.
The caregivers were warm, capable, and genuinely attentive. They anticipated needs, offered steady reassurance, and created a sense of calm in our home. I truly felt taken care of and supported, which allowed me to focus on healing instead of worrying about logistics.
Their presence was not only helpful to me, but a huge relief for my family as well. We are deeply grateful for the thoughtful, compassionate care we received and would highly recommend them to anyone navigating recovery at home. I will definitely call them again!

BrightStar provided exceptional care for my father for nearly two years and I truly cannot say enough positive things about their team. From the management of Alex, Toni, and Megan to the staff , their communication, professionalism, and compassion were outstanding. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that my dad was in the best hands.
I want to extend a special thank you to Mr. Jermare Mathews and Ms. Sherry Colbert. They were the finest aides my father had in the five years we used home care services. Their patience, kindness, and genuine compassion made a difference. They not only understood my fathers needs and routines, but also knew his personality, which all brought comfort to my father's daily life.

The team is always professional and always answers the phone when I have questions. The customer service is fabulous. The time they take with clients is above so many other home care agencies that I have worked with!
From the beginning to the end BrightStar made the dementia journey with my Mom so much easier. Jordan and Nicole were ALWAYS so kind when I called or they called me with any changes to the schedule. Their prompt communication was always helpful. Rasheeda, our CNA, easily fit in with our family and I could not have taken this journey without her. Besides caring for my Mom, she always took the time when she arrived to greet our two little dogs who adored her.

As we know there are so many homecare providers in the area. How many of them are really offering the most qualified and caring staff? I can say with certainty and confidence that Alex Katz and Caroline Abbott are genuine. As a professional in the Senior Living space it my reputation on the line when I make any recommendations. This team listens to their clients. They know that when they are talking to a family this is personal. Family in need is always personal. They have the right touch and respect for each family and their caregivers. Caroline and I have worked together to help many families with the right choices to suit their needs. She is smart, funny, and well educated. It is a huge benefit that she is a social worker by background. I’m not sure which is bigger her heart or her smile. Thank you to the Brightstar Care team! 🥰
I am writing this review to let anyone know that we have had Brightstar for over a year now and could not have asked for a better experience. They have been great and more than accommodating to our needs. My mother has two massive strokes and needs someone all day for 8 hours while I am at work. Our caregiver, Liz has been the most amazing person to work with. She is caring, sweet, and always comes in with a smile, and makes my mother feel wonderful. She works harder than anyone I know. She does more than what is asked of her, and I can not say enough kind things about her. I feel like she is a part of our family and she makes my mother feel the same. AND NO I AM NOT SHARING HER! :) Sorry. Liz is the best.
