Having worked in the elder/senior care industry for 30+ yrs I am extremely impressed with the staff at this office. Their understanding of the needs of their clients & families is impressive. They are courteous & take the time to answer questions without trying to rush you off to he phone. Emails are returned promptly. With few exceptions, the caregivers are on time, pleasant & willing to go the extra mile. Definitely a 5 Star agency!

Having worked with many home care companies in my years in senior living, BrightStar stands out for their people and customer service. We really had an urgent need for support, and Toni was exceptionally kind and helpful at the very end of her day. The whole team was flexible, highly responsive, and very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about the responsiveness, compassion and level of care from BrightStar, Lower Bucks. It started with a call from the President, over the 4th of July holiday, one hour after I left a text message. Received personal attention on the services they offered, what to expect, as well as very reasonable rates. Most importantly, getting care for our loved one within 48 hours of the initial text message was nothing short of amazing! The president came out personally, along with their head nurse to do an evaluation, followed by a caregiver who we think the world of! Our caregiver is very compassionate, as well as providing enormous help and value to our family. Thank you BrightStar!
