BrightStar provided excellent care for my uncle when he returned home after a long hospital stay. They were warm and understanding and extremely flexible. Linda, his aide, was wonderful. The nurses were knowledgeable and patient. Alana, the case aide was very responsive -- we could not have asked for a better team.

Crystal is a gem! She's very intelligent, tremendously friendly and a hard worker. She takes VERY good care of my mom. She's gold!

I highly recommend Bright Star! I would give more stars if I could! My mom needed some private care for a few days and it couldn’t have gone any better. Alex and Alana were professional and extremely helpful. They were able to facilitate and secure care for my mom in a short amount of time. The caregivers were perfect for my mom and she liked them very much. My family and I had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. During my husband’s 10 day at home hospice stay Bright Star Cedar knolls NJ was our 24/7 care taker. Their coverage was more than reliable. Nurses Megan and Richmond went above and beyond to keep my husband comfortable and cared for his every need. They made a very difficult period bearable. This is the second time our family has relied on Bright Star’s services and it was another great experience. Cheryl took good care of my mom and the entire team was awesome. If and when the time comes and we need them again, I will not hesitate to reach out. A friend of the family looks after my 87-year old mother 3 days a week. When that person needed to take a month off to care for her own mother, we were unsure of what to do. We didn’t need full time help and were leery about the type of care she would receive with multiple caregivers working part-time. Bright Star came through with flying colors! I found the people responsible for scheduling to be extremely thorough – they listened to my needs and came up with a plan that worked for our family (not too much – not too little). Each one of the caregivers was professional & compassionate, and even mom (happily!) said she liked them all. Thank you to Alana, Linda, Dorkis, Sandra, Nathalie, Marisol & Jarryn. The agency is very good. Efficient and able to always provide staffing even when an aide it out sick for the day. Would highly recommend them.
