At BrightStar, we are very focused on providing excellent care for children of all ages in Newport Beach and Irvine.  We are constantly recruiting, screening and hiring the best pediatric caregivers.

Our Services

We offer a wide variety of services for children and their parents.  In fact most of our programs are developed custom for the specific situation.  Below are just a few examples of the many types of services available:

  • Help new mothers care as they recover from C-Sections and multiple births
  • Last minute back up care for several Fortune 500 companies’ employees
  • Taking a 19 year old with Downs Syndrome to school and helping her after school
  • Providing respite care to the parents of autistic children
  • Helping a mother of premature twins
  • Babysitting 3 children during a parents 3 day get-a-way
  • Full and Part time nannies

How we do it

Most of our caregivers are CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and all of them are thoroughly screened, background checked, drug tested (in our offices, by our nurse), reference checked and then we verify state licenses, insurance, TB tests, Hepatitus B tests, and CPR certifications.   Furthermore, anyone working with special needs children has to attend and pass a customized training program conducted by one of Southern California’s leading experts on Autism and child behavior.

We are happy to come to your house or have you come to our office and discuss how our services fit your needs.  We usually send two caregivers before we start all case so that you can see the excellent caliber of our staff and chose the best person for your situation.
