Our Director of Nursing ensures that each client and family receives the highest level of care and service.  Maria (RN) opens every case and works with our trained and certified staff to ensure that your personalized plan of care promotes progress.  Our plans of care are designed to:

One of our core competencies is screening our caregivers.  We would never hire anyone that we would not feel comfortable with in our own home.  We are so sure you will be thrilled with your caregiver, we guarantee it.

Since we offer skilled nursing solutions, we are licensed by the State of California which is a rigorous process.  Even if you just want respite personal care, we hope to give you extra peace of mind by having state approved processes and their oversight.

Homecare and Supplemental Care for Facilities

For those who prefer to age at home, we offer the best solution.  As a member of the National Aging in Place Council, we know how to enable our customers to remain healthy and productive at home.  Our In-Home service has won rave reviews and extended families longevity and happiness.

For those who prefer to enter a facility, we can complement their staff.  Many times extra care is not available or too expensive and we can help in this area too.

We offer great caregivers that specialize in pediatrics.  We can help with routine activities like picking a child up from school, taking them to an activity and then helping them get started with their homework before the parents get home.  Our other more advanced services help autistic children or handicapped children function better and enjoy their day.  These caregivers all go through a customized training program provided by a leading Board Certified Behaviour Therapist.  Finally we are there for you if you need a back up home care solution for when your giver is out or when your child can not go to school.
