BrightStar of OC and SD invests heavily in 3rd party satisfaction measuring, so we hired the healthcare industry’s leading surveyor of customer satisfaction, Press Ganey, with their Patient Impact Surveys. Every month this company surveys all of our customers to ensure continual satisfaction.

We are thrilled to report that our 2011 end of year rating was a Total Satisfaction Rating of 96% with 100% of our customers stating they would recommend us to a friend or relative. Our Net Promoter Score is the highest in the industry and even beats great companies like Trader Joe’s and Google. Our great caregivers have earned these kudos and we are very proud of them!
