My 85 yr old mom needed assistance w daily tasks, BrightStar came to our rescue - keeping mom independent is so important, without the care she receives from her caregiver it wouldn’t be nearly as easy!

This company has made my life much better. My caregiver is amazing! They are genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and quality of life. The office is very competent and knowledgeable. I can't imagine my life without Brightstar Care!

The office staff is very helpful and very professional and they go out there way to help there clients. I have had some good caregivers and I have had some not so good caregivers. The bad ones that I have had they will come to work sit down in a chair play on there phone and when I ask them to do something they will tell me that is not there job. And I have some caregivers that take my shift and not show up then won't call me or the office to tell us anything and that is frustrating to me and also frustrating to the office and it's not fair to me or the office staff the way the people that they hire to not do there job and they still have the job after the client has complained on that caregiver. I have also had a caregiver that has come to my house and go to sleep and cover herself up with my personal blanket.

Brightstar has been a Wonderful service for my 85 yr old mother. They have sent professional, experienced caregivers to assist my mother in her recovery from a hip replacement and more recently a knee replacement. They have provided us, her family, with a peace and confidence that she was getting the assistance she needed during recovery. We have used daytime and overnight care during these times and have been pleased with the quality of Brightstar’s employees. They have worked with us in scheduling to be sure that my mother had the help she required. I would highly recommend Brightstar to anyone needing assistance with an elderly parent.

I have worked with Brightstar for almost two years. The office makes sure you are compatible with your patients they also work hard to make things happen in a quick manner. I absolutely love everyone in the office they have all been so helpful and yet all work together to make things better for everyone.

After 60 years of marriage, my husband suffered a head injury and after a long recovery in the Emergency Room, Hospital Rehab, and Skilled Nursing Rehab, he was sent home. BrightStar Care’s Registered Nurse came and assessed my husband to get baselines of what his status was, they learned the discharge plans from the rehab, and they put together a comprehensive plan of care for his new circumstances in our home. My husband is a Veteran of the Korean War, and BrightStar helped us work with the VA to get him Personal Care and Respite benefits paid by the VA. They were also able to help us with our application for the Veterans Aide and Attendant Benefit. They even recommended and Elder Law attorney to help us with our estate planning. The manager at BrightStar accompanied our caregiver on her first shift to introduce her and make sure we were comfortable. She also made sure the caregiver knew what tasks needed completed per the plan of care left in our home. Our caregiver Shay and the rest of the team have been a God send. They assist with bathing, linen changes, laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, transferring, and companionship (watching and discussing Westerns). BrightStar did a wonderful job pairing up several caregivers with Bill and me. Without them and the wonderful support of BrightStar, my life would be very difficult. I know I am truly blessed and lucky for BrightStar giving Bill and I the opportunity to live life to its fullest. I highly recommend this company!!! Pat
