We recently needed backup childcare and BrightStar fufilled our request through my work Bright Horizons benefit. BrightStar sent Jeanette to watch my two children and she was prompt, professional, responsible and FUN! She was warm, but took charge to make sure the kids felt comfortable and were busy with activities. She followed the directions I gave, but solved smaller problems independently. Finally, she left a recap of the day in case we didnt cover off on questions before she left. I have request Jeanette for future dates bc she was AMAZING!

BrightStar Care first began providing care for my father last December. His current caregiver team is very caring and attentive. Emma has been there since January. She is kind, responsible, communicates with my father and me well, and genuinely cares about his wellbeing. Maureen is newer (June) to our care team. She and my father hit it off on day one. She is compassionate, caring, communicative and very conscientious. When she was new to the team, she would call with questions and provided regular reports. Best of all, is that Emma and Maureen work well together on their transition days to make sure that my father receives the best possible care. There is a seamless transition that makes it good for all concerned. He loves to converse with both of them and engage in meaningful communication and solving the world's problems. He is always trying to teach them new things and learn from them as well. A sharp mind at 93 always needs stimulation. Thank you.
