About the Owners

A native of South Africa, Herb Ronde began his executive career in the UK with IMS Health and then Dun & Bradstreet, who brought him to New Jersey in 2001. He has extensive experience in improving customer care and satisfaction, and he empowers our team to live these values and deliver the compassionate, dignified service every patient deserves.

Laura Ripans holds an MBA and has spent over 20 years in the information technology industry, most of those with IBM. Laura specializes in developing and delivering increased value for the families and businesses we serve in Northern Essex County.
