I have met and received care from three different RNs from BrightStar Care and each individual brings a level of confidence, competence, and compassion that was lacking from other services I’ve used. Amy, Betsy, and Kiana thank you for your care, professionalism, and expertise.

I am extremely happy with BrightStare Care. My mother-in-law is in an independent living facility with the option to move to assisted living. Her preference, of course, is to stay in the independent living facility but she required some help with medication, dressing, showering, etc. I was quite impressed with not only my initial conversations but with our first meet up at the facility. They are very professional, praised my mother-in-law on what she could accomplish on her own and picked up things in her surrounds to get her talking (interests). Never any negative comments. I have now been using BrightStar Care since the end of January and the communications continues to be wonderful. I love Ann Marie, again very positive and reminds us/my mother-in-law that certain things are "ok" or natural at her age. Her memory is going but she can still get to and fro where she needs to be. they have enabled her to stay in a room where she is most comfortable and knows her routine. 5 Starts for sure!!!

my brightstar aide, luisa, is thoughtful, kind, reliable, patient - she really cares and takes excellent care of me. the office staff is responsive and diligent. a great experience all around!

The nursing team has provided me great care for over a year. They went out of their way to help me receive my medicine. They have top notch skills and experience.

I had a major spinal fusion which caused my needing to use BrightStar. Eunice was my caregiver. She was always on time, organized, did not need to be instructed, very caring and extremely helpful. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am and how helpful it was to have someone there when I needed it most. I would absolutely use and recommend BrightStar to anyone in need!

My Mom needed nursing care, we were new to the area, so went to Google and found Bright Star Care of Norwood. The person that answered the phone Robyn was very kind, professional and compassionate. Mom was very sick, we needed a nurse immediately, but Mom didn't like male nurses. Robyn told us they only use top quality nurses and you will find that Anthony will take great care of your loved one. That was an understatement. Not only did the office make sure Mom was cared for and comfortable, but after she passed made sure the family was taken care of as well. I was so happy that I had someone to turn to. Thanks to Bright Star, Mom died with dignity and people who loved her including her nurse Anthony, and the Nurse manager Robyn, I can't say thanks enough for all the care we all had. I have had Brightstar Care of Norwood for a year now. I am amazed at how great their office has become. I've got a fantastic nurse actually all the nurses are very knowledgeable and very compassionate. My nurse goes out of his way to make sure that patient is comfortable during the whole infusion. He always has a smile on his face, and cracks jokes, because what this elderly woman is going through, is not fun. The nurse manager is the consummate professional, checking to make sure that all doctors orders are up to date and filled in properly so the patient isn't burden with anything more. I highly recommend Brightstar of Norwood for all you patient needs, whether its infusions, or elder care. They came highly recommended to me and I would give them 20 stars if I could.
