We have had Bright Star care for my wife since May 2019.
Judy has been Marilyn’s caregiver for the last three and a half years. Judy is CARING lady. We are extremely happy with her
efforts.
Judy is like a family member taking care of a loved one.
Not sure what I would do without her. My Marilyn definitely would be lost without Judy.
In June of 2025, we took JUDY to our camp in the UP of Michigan
Grandson and great grandson came along for the week.
All had a good time in the middle of the woods.
In addition Marilyn enjoys the company of Nana, Catherine and Deanna.

The coordination of care between hospital and home care staff and services was very helpful and made care transition smooth. Our initial contact, Pam, was exceptionally responsive and patient with her explanations. Our care provider, Katrina, was especially timely, sensitive, professional, warm and related so well to our older parent. Her presence was greatly appreciated!! Our scheduler contact, Jean, was excellent with navigating the changing needs that our loved one experienced. What a wonderful resource for our community! Thank you!

BrightStar has provided such a high caliber of quality care, compassion, companionship, and support for my mom--and our whole family. Each care giver is so loving, attentive, and reliable even under the most challenging circumstances. Mercy is a stand-out caregiver and human, who went above and beyond, and who sets the bar high for in-home care. Nana came in and handled shift change and several immediate care needs with aplomb. They are both exceptional. My family and I highly recommend BrightStar for anyone needing varying levels of in-home care. They have been with us every step of this journey.

I would highly recommend Bright Star for anyone looking for care. The nurses were excellent—kind, compassionate and thorough!
This organization really does an excellent job at hiring knowledgeable, compassionate caregivers. Special mention to the following CNAs: Sheila, LaJuanna, Star and RNs: Nina, Alle, Melinda, and Misty. Overall satisfied with speed of scheduling and adjusting changes. Jean the scheduler does a phenomenal job at filling slots. Thank you to all staff at BrightStar.
The Brightstar nurses that helped my sister this week - Nicole, Brittany, IJ, Misty and Magdelena were outstanding in their professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Brightstar and these nurses to any family in need of nursing services.
