This organization really does an excellent job at hiring knowledgeable, compassionate caregivers. Special mention to the following CNAs: Sheila, LaJuanna, Star and RNs: Nina, Alle, Melinda, and Misty. Overall satisfied with speed of scheduling and adjusting changes. We have been using Brightstar for my father's full time care for the past 6 months. And while most all the caregivers that have helped us out are caring and competent, there is a new one to our line up that I would like to give a shout out to. Queen is very professional and attentive to my father. He responds well to her and we are very appreciative of her genuine concern for him. He has been blessed to have Katrina and Maryam on his team from the beginning. Two very professional ladies that we are lucky to have caring for my dad!
