Dan Roth could not have been more professional, responsive and caring in setting up a helper for us. Traveling with our 91 year old Mother for a family wedding, she needed help in her hotel room to get ready for the day. DaNeisha arrived with a smile on her face and much kindness in her heart. Obviously very skilled in the care of the elderly, we could not have managed the personal care our Mother needed without her. Thanks to BrightStar for helping to make our Mother's weekend trip a great experience for her and the whole family. We have a new friend!

Dan and Amy from BrightStar were a blessing to work with. My father needed an overnight sitter and we needed to hire someone who could start quickly. We chose to go with BrightStar because of Dan and Amy. They seemed to truly care about their clients. Despite changing needs due to injury and such, BrightStar always worked hard to fulfill our needs. Dan did a great job of communicating with us! Although I had to handle affairs from out of state, I never felt outside of the process. I was introduced to Brightstar by the assisted living community my mother lives in, which is in Brentwood. We needed some additional care and Brightstar stepped to the plate. At every level at this company they go far beyond the expectation of great service. The providers were fantastic and incredibly professional. Over Memorial Day weekend , they ha challenges in getting caregivers to fill shifts. The owner of the company ended up spending a half a day on Memorial with my mother.
