Every team member that we worked with was kind, compassionate and very well trained. They provided thoughtful, intuitive care as well as organization and education. The team was always available to answer questions and were even able to accommodate some last minute changes. If you are looking for the best home care team, this is them.

Hello, my name is Jared. I just wanted to find a way to Shut out caregiver and friend by the name of Dory. I’ve been working with Dori for a couple weeks now, The very first thing that Feel I have to mention is that I appreciate consistency for one and that is something that Dori has provided me with that isn’t just comforting to know. I can look forward to seeing her every Sunday, but is also encouraging because we both love Jesus! and that is one thing that is for me, at least a make or break kind of thing… Another quality that I really have come to appreciate about Dori is not only her willingness to help out with things that I otherwise would deem “two mundane “or just simply unnecessary, she’s right there to make sure I’m provided for in those ways. Another thing that I love about her is that she asked me how I’m doing which is something that someone in my circumstance really needs more of, I’m not saying I don’t or can’t be with someone who isn’t as relatable although, like I said before, that is 100% a make or break type deal for me at least but I just wanted to say I appreciate the services I’ve been provided through Bright Star Care and look forward to receiving these services in the future & also, really wanted to mention one of the many extremely helpful office hands in Amanda, me, and her have always gotten along extremely well, and she is just amazing in every way as all the rest of them. With all this being said, again, I have to simply express my gratitude for every opportunity I’ve been given because of the services that Bright Star Care has provided for me. From being able to go back to school school, to being able to volunteer, which is something that for the longest time, I’ve been an aspiration of mine, I just never had the facilities to be able to make it work but ever since I found Bright Star Care, it’s as though I’ve been able to experience true freedoms, and independence, which are both things that are essential for all of us, again I have to express my sincere gratitude for all that you guys have provided me with, and for all of the many opportunities I’ve been given as a direct result of Knowing that I could be expecting consistency with the care again that I’ve been provided with even now, but also the companionship that comes along with it, with this being said, I’d like to leave you with some parting words of wisdom… – “Seek first, the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “– Matthew 6:34 this I pray, blesses whoever reviews this 3 feet of mine, and just know that, even though you may not realize this, you are being the hands and feet of Jesus, which is something that this world means more of!🙏🏼🙌🏻

BrightStar Care is absolutely amazing! I have received the best care from all the experienced and professional nurses, specifically Nurse Annie who has gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable while getting my transfusions. I actually look forward to getting my medication at a place where I know I will be well taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

I applied last year as a Caregiver. From the very beginning I was impressed on how on top of everything each person was in their perspective department. Carmen in HR was absolutely amazing. She was so down to earth in the most professional way as well. On the very day my interview was set Carmen offered me the position on the spot and set me up with everything and everyone I would need. The RN was so good at walking me through the trainings and setting me up with the apps and program’s. I was ready to start working all in just a few hours. Alma in scheduling offered me some shifts and I was set. After a couple of weeks anything I needed I knew I could count on BrightStar staff to have my back. When I had payroll questions or issues all was taken care of right away. I can’t say enough great things about BrightStar. The staff was a well oiled machine that set there employees up for success and continued to support you throughout your employment. Anything I needed whether it be training or questions I knew I could count on the office staff to point me in the right direction. I loved all the clients I had as well. The pay was awesome along with there incentives like employee of the month and a point system based on How many stars one accumulated for gift cards which was super cool. Weekends and working at facility’s paid extra which was sweet. I mean there’s not one negative thing I can really say. I know people usually say that without critiques one can not grow but I think if there’s only flowers to give than give them bouquets galore. I highly recommend you to work here or have your family cared for by BrightStar. You and your family are in the best hands with BrightStar.

Berenice and Krischana have both been my caregivers, and they are fantastic. This is a wonderful place, and very concerned about your welfare and the patients welfare.

I can’t say enough positive things about the professionalism and customer service we received from BrightStar. Claudia arrived promptly and was thorough as she trained us to administer my dads infusions following his wife’s unexpected passing. I learned so much - not only what she came for, but the breadth of services their organization provides. Claudia is a gem and an excellent steward for the organization.

I've been using BrightStar Care for childcare for years. Our current caregiver, Brianna, is amazing. She is very reliable and attentive to my child. Thank you to the office staff and for their support.

We have had the best care for our grandson. He receives weekly infusions, which can be stressful at times. The nurses at Brightstar are amazing, skilled, and always make our grandson feel at ease. A special “thank you” and shout out to Xochitl, Shane, and Annie. We don’t know what we would do without you!

Eva Vargas is an outstanding caregiver for our 53 year old disabled son. She is very kind and patient and learned his routine quickly. She is always neat and clean and shows up on time. Her work here has definitely been appreciated. BrightStar Santa Barbara is a excellent company to work with and are very responsive to our questions.

Karina has been my parents preferred caregiver for 5+ months. She has been outstanding. Karina is upbeat, energetic, engaging, and responsible. My parents are always happy to see her. I feel very fortunate to have her helping them.
