Tulha, Phoebe and Isaiah are the best. They are more like family to me. You'll never regret giving them a call. They match up your family needs with the right person. Brightstar is a great company to work for. I love my job as a home infusion nurse, Gail the DON is awesome to work with, very kind, always gives compliments and encouragement.

My mom had 24/7 care When she had to go to the hospital the caretaker went with her .I was kept informed. The caretaker stayed with her till she had a room Then she had to go back to the house and finish the laundry I highly recommend brightstar.

I am very pleased with the care that I am receiving through Brightstar Schaumburg. I want to give special recognition to Anna who is providing excellent care in my home. She is also a very important component of my outpatient therapy. She takes me to therapy and then helps with at home exercises upon my return.

My father is disabled and moved into his own condo. We needed someone to come out a few days a week and help him with showering, weekly cleaning and laundry. BrightStar was able to find someone quickly, she is very sweet and gets everything done on his list and then some. They were able to help find me someone at short notice. The nurse came out on a Sunday to do her assessment and they were able to get someone to start that Monday. I'm very happy and prices are within the industry standard based on all of the other companies I called. They have been checking in to see how our care giver is doing and if we have any concerns which we don't. Very happy.
