Brightstar currently cares for my Mom six hours a day at home and assists my Dad when needed, as well. We find Brightstar workers to be prompt, caring, compassionate, and skilled. The ladies are Professional, has pleasant phone etiquette, caring, dependable staff and skilled nurse case managers. Having Mesha, RN as my grandmothers case  manager put our family at ease.

Brightstar has provided in home care to my parents for the past 2 years. The Brightstar staff is caring and attentive and communicates quickly to the family if needed. We felt comfort knowing Brightstar was there to help my parents. Brightstar was able to provide staffing 12-hours a day and then 24-hours a day in the final days of my father's life. The nursing care offered to my father to help manage his medications and monitor is vitals is exceptional. She was available to my family in support and to help with questions and concerns. I am a caregiver who has used Brightstar Care in Janesville for about a year and a half. They are always able to supply coverage and the CNA provided is always professional and knowledgeable on how to deal with my wife who suffers from Dementia. I always worry about my wife when I am away but am put at ease with the Brightstar staff. I usually try and get the same person to come to the home so my wife and the caregiver can feel comfortable for the time I am gone. I recommend this service 100%.
